Kubair is CEO of ikonami Technologies as well as ikonami (UK).
Kubair co-founded ikonami Technologies. Kubair has and continues to work with a diverse range of clients including Empower Group (now Wright Consultants), Department of Health, Skills for Health, the NHS, BOC Group (now Linde Group), the European Commission and the National Bank of Kuwait.

Kubair was responsible for the technical architecture and national rollout of e-KSF (AT-Work), as well as its integration into other IT systems such as the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and the National Occupational Standards (NOS) database. He has been instrumental in the development of AT-Learning.

In addition to being the CEO, Kubair has a client facing role for a select number of engagements. He is primarily responsible for solution definition and design and definition. Kubair has a BA in Business Studies (Services) and MSc in Systems Analysis.

Arif is the Chief Strategy Officer of ikonami Technologies and co-founder of ikonami Technologies. Arif has worked with a diverse range of clients including Johnson & Johnson, Argos, BMI Healthcare, Littlewoods Home Shopping, Royal Bank of Scotland, the NHS and Department of Health.

Arif has expertise in workforce planning, education commissioning and team management systems. Additionally he has interests in methodologies, quality management systems and commercialising thought leadership into benchmarking data and self-diagnostic tools.

Arif is responsible for overall business strategy. He also provides strategic input into the ikonami Technologies development and support process, as well as shaping future product & service development. Arif has a BA in Economics and has undertaken postgraduate research in systems analysis, e-commerce and organisational design.

Babar is the Country Manager and co-founder of ikonami Technologies. He is an IT leader with extensive experience in managing operations. Babar has learned his trade craft from the bottom up, he has over 7 years of experience as a software engineer and utilises that experience in managing the operations on a day to day basis.

Babar has expertise in technical architecture, quality management systems and usability testing. Babar has been instrumental in ensuring ikonami Technologies was able to pass its ISO 9001:2000 QMS certification within the first 12 months of its inception and continues to be instrumental in guiding the Assurance team through ISO 27001 and ITIL certifications.

Babar is focused on driving the company's internal operations and oversees the effective administration and management of ikonami Technologies. Babar holds a Bachelors degree in computer sciences.

Sami our non-exec director, is a business leader with a career track record in the manufacturing technology business. Sami began his career as a chemical engineer gaining experience in both the United Kingdom and Norway before moving to Pakistan in 1974. Where he was instrumental in guiding the then embryonic chemical, plastic and synthetic fiber industries in the country, bringing the experience he had gained in the UK and Norway to the benefit of the industry.

Sami has always been attracted to challenges, he was personally responsible for the set up of the largest Synthetic Detergent Plant in Pakistan and has planned and executed development of numerous food processing and printing & packaging plants with complete infrastructure and management systems.

Sami presently holds the position of Director Manufacturing & Supply Chain with Colgate-Palmolive (Pakistan) Ltd. Sami’s years in the industry have taught him what it takes to build a business from scratch: how to build and motivate teams, build a product, build a customer base, and to bring a company to profitability while remaining focused on a clear vision throughout. He has much international experience, and has travelled extensively.

It is this immense experience that he brings to the executive board of ikonami Technologies guiding them on the best path to achieve their own vision.

Sami has a BA in Chemical Engineering, from Edinburgh University, he is also a Certified auditor for Industrial Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety (EHOS) and a Life member of the Institute of Engineer’s & Member of Engineering Council of Pakistan. Sami is also an advisor to the Government of Pakistan.
